Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana frozen
  • 200 ml coconut mylk
  • 30 g raw almonds or 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp carob powder
  • ½ tsp lucuma powder
  • ½ tsp brown rice protein powder
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds
  • ¼ tsp vanilla essense

Method

1.

Mix all the powders together in small bowl to make sure there are no small clumps of powder. If you make this regularly, you can make the powder blend in bulk and add 2 teaspoons per smoothie.

Blend all ingredients until thick and smooth.

Sprinkle with a few cacao nibs and hemp seeds for garnish.
