Yes, choose the pick up option at checkout to pick up your order from our Ferntree Gully warehouse. You'll receive confirmation when your order is ready to collect, usually in 2-4 business days.
Delivery within Melbourne typically takes 1-2 business days.
Delivery to interstate and regional locations typically takes 3-5 business days.
For questions about individual products, please contact us. In some cases, we may be able to order a specific product in for you.
We have no order minimums for delivery, but we provide free delivery in Melbourne for orders over $500.
For regional and interstate orders, there is no minimum order size, but delivery fees will apply depending on your location and order weight. See our shipping policy for details.
We will finalise your wholesale account as soon as possible, typically within 1–2 business days.
With your wholesale business account, you can choose pallet shipping for large orders as a cheaper option than regular boxed delivery. To receive pallet shipping, you must have a forklift at your premises.
